Meyer Lemon Curd
Meyer Lemons are a cross between a lemon & a mandarin orange, making them less tart and more suitable for cooking and baking. We take these delicious lemons and turn them into a creamy spread that can be enjoyed on a scone, used as a cake filling, or eaten with a spoon!
Please note that the shelf life of this dairy-based product is 3 months, which is shorter than jams & jellies, but it freezes well. Each jar will have a "Use or Freeze by" date on the bottom.
